The Sales Engineer works with the Sales team to present Fonteva’s product offerings to prospects and customers, providing detailed, custom information while removing technical objections, during all phases of the sales cycle. He/she will leverage his/her Salesforce experience and technical sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements and develop a technical sales strategy. He/she will also build tailored demos, showing how Fonteva can address the prospect’s/customer’s business requirements and provide best business value.
Because this role includes some customer interface, the Sales Engineer must be able to communicate well (written and verbal) with customers of varying technical abilities. An ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into a technical reality that is extendable and maintainable is critical.
